HOW TO CLAIM YOUR BBB BUSINESS PROFILE
1 Go to bbb.org/detroit.
In the search bar, enter the name of your business.
2 Click on your business name. You will be directed to your BBB Business
Profile. On the top right-hand side, click on “Is this your business? Claim it
now.”
3 You should be directed to https://www.bbb.org/detroit/login/. Enter your
email address and your password, if you have one, or create a new account.
You can now claim your BBB Business Profile.
