Project Brief
This project aims to design two attached residential villas with
a modern approach while preserving the privacy of its resi-
dents. The villas are located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and are
designed to meet the growing demand for high-end residential
properties in the city. The villas will feature a modern design
with clean lines, large windows, and open spaces. Using neu-
tral colors, natural materials, and minimalist décor will create
a warm and inviting atmosphere. The design will also incor-
porate an interpretation of elements from traditional Arabian
architecture (Mashrabyia) to reflect the local culture and heri-
tage and ensure the resident’s privacy. Each villa will have pri-
vate outdoor spaces, including a garden and a terrace, to pro-
vide residents with a sense of privacy and serenity. The villas
will also have separate entrances, ensuring that residents have
complete control over their living spaces
