                                                                                                                      “For this assignment, we were to convert our
                                                                                                                      section  drawings  from  the  retreat  house
                                                                                                                      studio  project.  The  sections  were  drawn  in  a
                      Interim 2                                                                                       scale  of  1:100.  We  were  given  the  option  to

                                                                           SECTION A_A                                1:20 detail section. I have decided to go with
                                                                                                                      the  1:100  building  section  as  i  aimed  to
                                                                                                                      visualise  my  section  in  a  clearer  manner.  To
                                                                                                                      me,  i  believe  that  the  1:100  would  give  a
                                                                                                                      better  understanding  to  the  relationship  of
                                                                                                                      spaces  with  the  site  context  once  it  is
                                                                                                                      rendered.

                                                                                                                      From Interim 2 to Drawing Checkpoint, there
                                                                                                                      were  some  changes  made  to  my  floorplan,
                                                                                                                      hence the updated sections. With experience
                                                                                                                      from the previous CAD assignment, I was a lot
                                                                                                                      more comfortable with producing the digital
                                                                                                                      lineworks.  For  parts  with  consistent  spacing,

                                                                                                                      function  that  came  in  handy  was  the  trim
