Age: 20 A. I heard that taking architecture can get chaoticly busy, my eyes lights up to know that,
Hometown: Ampang, because for so long i have been seeking for a reason to be busy and escape from my
Selangor. problems. For so long i have been waiting for this moment to come, just me and my
thoughts floating in the world of designing.

Q2. Who inspires you?
Manual Drawing 3/10 A. Me, myself. I have seen myself succeed before and being the talk of the school. I have
seen myself pushing through stuff that I don’t even want to deal with. I have seen myself
grow over a very short period of time and I thought, I can do that again? I have done
Model Making 7/10 that before, of course I can do that again?

Q3. Besides architecture, what else would you like to pursue?
AutoCAD 1/10 A. Probably animation or fine arts. I can illustrate and paint pretty well. I thought about
opening an online art shop to sell my art prints, merchandise and all the cool stuff with my
art on it. I’m always super driven when it comes to creating art.

Q4. What life lesson have you learnt from your first year of architecture studio?
A. Time management is extremely vital, if not you are going to end up crying at the corner
Sketchup 9/10 of the studio thinking you’re not good enough, speaking from experience. And please
surround yourself with positive people! I’m so grateful that I have the best studiomates
and seniors. They’re a great support system.

Q5. What message do you have for someone interested in studying architecture?
A. Take a deep breath and push through. I’m only dipping my toes in this course but it’s
extremely painful already. But if you think that you have what it takes to graduate
architecture school, come shoot your shot. It’s gonna be quite the ride, but push your
way through or don’t do it at all if you can’t.
