Q2. Who inspires you?
A. Zaha Hadid’s buildings have always inspired me to take this field. The idea of designing
such buildings and have it built is just astonishing. But now, I think architecture is more than

the looks, it’s about creating atmospheres. I would say the ideas of Peter Zumthor and
Neri&Hu is my inspiration at the moment.

Q3. Besides architecture, what else would you like to pursue?
A. I would 100% go into playing squash only if I were good enough. I wish I had learnt this
Photoshop 5/10 sports earlier. I only picked up squash last year and I am totally in love with it!. Other than
that, IT, product design or interior design are in my consideration too.
Sketchup 7/10 Q4. What life lesson have you learnt from your first year of architecture studio?
A. Time management is key. It would govern whether you cry or smile finishing your work.
Q5. What message do you have for someone interested in studying architecture?
A. Nice field. But please think twice before enrolling. Be prepared to sacrifice your sleep and
leisure time.
