Intellectual Property
Our Designs
Over the years, our personnel have developed a number of successful innova ons that have entered the industry. Our work in the eld con nually inspires new and more intelligent designs and procedures. We have a minimalist design philosophy with emphasis on durabili- ty.In the eld, the best designs are simple and robust. We’re con nually reviewing our designs to see where we can reduce the number of moving parts, make mul -func on components, and simplify controls.
Below, is a list of the intellectual property we u lize today.
Utilizes super-heated air to conductively heat large batches of material. Robust, does not require soil screening. Single units capable of up to 6 tons per hour.
Utilizes super-heated air to conductively heat large batches of material. Is able to recover contaminants. Capable of "Indirect" heating of process air. Robust, does not require soil screening. Able to "roll" cell cover between cells. Double-ended burner firing. Single units capable of up to 12 tons per hour.
Contaminants desorbed in multiple enclosed, oxygen-deficient heating chambers without any moving parts, capable of treating and recovering very heavy contamination. Will process tank sludge, drill cuttings, soil, sand, oil lakes. Each set of 4 units capable of up to 2.5 tons per hr. hour.
Multiple "bins" are utilized upon a rail system. Contaminants desorbed in multiple enclosed, oxygen-deficient heating chambers without any moving parts, capable of treating and recovering very heavy contamination. Will process tank sludge, drill cuttings, soil, sand, oil lakes. Each set of 12 bins capable of up to 2.5 tons per hr. hour.
