Personnel
Without ques on, Iron Creek’s Technologies give the company an edge in the market, however, just as important is the companies ability to organize and perform work. The majority of our personnel are Canadian based. We are of the opinion that our current ops team will be able to successfully perform up to three independent on-site projects. At the point we secure the 3rd project, our plan is to hire an Opera ons Manager (seejobdescrip on).EachindependentprojectwillhaveaProjectManagerthatwillreportdirectlytoourOpera onsManager. TheOpsMana- gerwillreporttoRogerRichterandChadBelenky. AsweputFixedFacili esinplace,eachFacilityManagerwillreportdirectlytoourOpsManager. As we begin opera ons in other countries, we will have a local Project Manager that will also report to our Ops Manager.

Iron Creek currently shares o ce space with Parkvalley Consul ng in Calgary and BEST Recycling in Bellingham, Washington.
Technology Manufacturing
To date, we have been able to manufacture our equipment in Oregon, USA at NW Thermal Systems, Inc. We will con nue to u lize them to manufacture components that are more complex (like the Aluminum Quonset Huts) in order to take advantage of their experience and pricing. A number of our components are simple and easy to manufacture. In order to reduce shipping costs and import du es, we will manufacture thesecomponentsourselvesintheCountrytheywillbeu lized–wheneverpossible. Inordertomanufacturethesesimplecomponents,minimal equipment will be required. In addi on, yard space will be selected on a case-by-case basis. In order to achieve our 2016 Plans, Parkvalley has yard space available as well as NW Thermal Systems. As we transi on into 2017, we will have to revisit our requirements and plan accordingly.
Heavy Equipment
Iron Creek will con nue to take advantage of the current accounts we have established with heavy equipment suppliers. These accounts should be able to meet our heavy equipment needs for the foreseeable future.
