to assess learning and adjust pacing will be embedded in the instruction. Virtual feedback will be utilized
as well (small group and individualized).

Q: How will feedback be given to a child about their work virtually?
A: Similar to in-person instruction, students will be given feedback about their work via the Google
Meet. Frequent check-ins with students to assess learning and adjust pacing will be embedded in the
               instruction.

               TRANSITIONS DURING SCHOOL DAY

Q: How will students transition to lunch, recess, and restroom?
A: Students will walk while maintaining a physically distanced line with their classroom teacher (K-6)
remaining on the right side of the hallway following the RAMS way expectations. Masks will be worn.

Q: How will students transition to specials or other special courses?
               K-6 Transitions
A: K-6, students will remain in their classroom at their desks for all specials to minimize the chance of
contamination since cohorting cannot be utilized. As indicated, guidance may shift as we learn new
information. Special area teachers will travel rather than having students travel to mitigate transitions in
the hallway and lower risk. The special area teachers will be taking learning activities with them.
Physical education will take place outdoors if weather permits or in the gym with appropriate physical
distancing and curriculum modifications that mitigate risk of spreading the virus. Eden Hall Upper
Elementary School business/computers classes will take place in the computer labs with appropriate
safety/cleaning protocols along with the use of individual student machines. Individual activities will be
encouraged. The hybrid model will provide options for physical distancing. Masks should be worn at all
times (see mask questions above). Indoor, low intensity stretching, and relaxation activities will be
               considered.

At the upper elementary level, students will be able to leave the room for business/computers, physical
replacement reading or accelerated math for instruction.

               7-12 Transitions
At PRMS and PRHS only, students will report to their lockers and go directly to their first period classes
rather than homeroom for the start of the school year. Buildings will use transitional signs to help
navigate students throughout the building should the school need to designate one-way pathways via
               hallways and stairwells.

Q: How will bathroom procedures be handled?
A: Normal bathroom procedures will be followed. Students must wear masks in the bathroom and will be
taught proper handwashing procedures. Teachers will only let one male and one female student out of
their classroom at a time unless there is an emergency. High school students will not use lanyard passes.
