                   o  Major Action Steps: (1) identify multiple data points and/or reliable and accurate testing vehicle
                       to determine algebra readiness; (2) establish a sequence of options for students moving out of
                       Concepts of Math.

            ●  (Biology) Revise after school supplemental instruction sessions
                   o  Key Personnel:  Biology Teachers, HS Administrators
                   o  Timeline (Anticipated Start/Finish): 11/30/2019-4/31/2020
                   o  Major Action Steps: (1) Use CDT and Keystone results to identify students; (2) Revise
                       instructional delivery options (small groups based on assessment results).
