Cacao Production and Processing as alternative Livelihood Enterprise foe for Selected 4Ps BENEFICIARIES OF THE
ADOPT – A-BARANGAY OF ISU ECHAGUE CAMPUS
Helping the country’s vision of sustained economic development, Cacao capacity enhancement on the production and
processing as an alternative livelihood enterprise will improve lives of Filipinos, and empowered poor and marginalized
sectors. The program aims to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for vulnerable selected beneficiaries, through
skills and entrepreneurship training in identified market linkages, aid and support beneficiaries in attaining a better
and quality living in the future..The project will be sustained through the efficient management of Isabela State
University and together with the CBAPA Entrepreneur students. Sustainability Plan would be providing continuous
provision of technical support, monitoring and assistance to these beneficiaries by the University thru its extension
unit. Lastly, they will be trained on product development, processing, marketing establishment and management, for
them to grow their own business providing employability to the beneficiaries and for additional income through sales.
