Capacity Building Initiatives for Women and Livelihood Training seeks to assist the barangay
officials and their constituents in their efforts to improve barangay livelihood program by establishing a barangay catering
service business managed particularly by women;

Training on Credit and Collection aims to straighten up credit and problems, anguish, leading to
stability, growth and progress of barangay constituents who are members of IGLO;

LGU strengthening and capability program seeks assist the newly elected barangay officials in their
efforts to improve local governance through capacity building.

The program is delivered through seminar-workshop. Experts from different departments of the College
are being tapped depending on the needs of the requesting partner LGU/IGLO Chapter. At the outset, concepts and
principles are introduced. Demonstration and hands-on, particularly for training on Catering Management is utilized were
participants are expected to showcase their outputs.
