LIVELIHOOD TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR BARANGAYS
Barangays needs to generate livelihood opportunities to cope up with the changes that are taking
place in the world. Since there is an increasing shift from agriculture to manufacturing and services
sector, it is expected that traditional sources such as agriculture will have limited potential to
generate new livelihoods.
Promoting livelihood in such situation remains a challenge. This training program seeks to impart
knowledge and skills on specific livelihood projects which provide alternative source of livelihood
