University Extension and Training Services Evaluation Report
Name of Training : Financial Literacy Program for the Adopted Barangay
Date : November 26, 2021
Venue : Dammang East Community Center, Echague, Isabela

The Institute of Public Administration Program, College of Business,
Accountancy and Public Administration successfully conducted the Financial Literacy
Program in the three adopted Barangays namely: Dammang East, Dammang West
and Malitao in the Municipality of Echague Isabela last November 26, 2021. Success
is due to the proper coordination and cooperation of the Municipal and Barangay
officials. A detail of the conducted beneficiaries’ evaluation of the said program is
presented below:

As to the training proper, indicator, “relevance of the training/topic” gained a weighted

conducted on time or as scheduled” gained a 4.90 as weighted mean with a description of
“outstanding”. Based on the evaluation, beneficiaries rated training properly as “outstanding”
with a grand mean of 4.95.
