MANDATORY TRAINING
POST-ACTIVITY EVALUATION
The following are the results of the post-activity evaluation conducted during
the implementation of the Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training Program
which covered 2 cities and 27 municipalities. A total of 4,866 SK Officials were trained
from May 16-21, 2019 and an extension training last May 25, 2019.

Table 1 presents the evaluation of the beneficiaries on the topics/sessions and
methods used during the conduct of the training, which was excellent and supported
by the grand mean of 4.90.
Indicator, “Sequencing of topics/sessions” gained the highest weighted mean
of 5.00, while other indicators such as “Usefulness of topics/sessions”, “Relevance to
present work and functions”, “Applicability to my job”, “Suitability of
exercises/activities” and “Adequacy of time allotted for topics/sessions” gained 4.90
as a weighted mean with a description of “Excellent”.

Presented in Table 2 is the evaluation of beneficiaries on the Handouts,
Materials and Other Instruction Aids used during the conduct of the SK mandatory
training.
A grand mean of 4.83 with a qualitative description of “excellent” was gained.
Results also have shown that “Adequacy of content of handouts” gained the highest
weighted mean of 5.00, followed by “Availability of training materials with 4.90,
