In terms of the beneficiaries’ evaluation on the Training Resource Speakers,
indicators, “clarity of presentation”, “facilitation to learning” and “initiative to sustain
interest in the topic” gained a weighted mean of 5.00 with a description of
“outstanding”. Also, indicators, “mastery of the subject matter” and “reasonableness
of the duration of the presentation” gained an “outstanding” rating from the
beneficiaries with a 4.90 as a weighted mean.
With a grand mean of 4.96, resource speakers were outstanding based on the
evaluation of the beneficiaries of the program.

coordinator/secretariat. Based on the evaluation, the training coordinator/secretariat is
outstanding with the gained grand mean of 4.90.
Specifically, the indicator, “ability to respond to the needs of the participants”
gained the highest weighted mean of 5.00, followed by “facilitation” with 4.90 and “time
management” with 4.80, all with a descriptive equivalent of “outstanding”.
