We always lose something every time we
compromise. Let me restate that. Every time
we compromise, we lose something and we
usually never get it back. Now, you think
about that. When we compromise, we lose
something and we never seem to ever get
that back.
The reward for standing alone
My third and last point this morning is
the reward for standing alone. Now, notice
with me as we come to 2 Timothy chapter
4, and this time I want to come back to verse
17. What is the reward? I'm going to
mention a few things. First of all, obviously,
the presence of the Lord, deliverance, the
Kingdom of God, preservation — those are
