that we might be made the righteousness

of God in him.” Let me put it like this: Our

sins were imputed to Him, put to His

account, and His righteousness has been

put to our account.

So Christ’s death, burial, resurrection,

ascension, and we're even seated with Him

— all of that has been put to our account.

That's why we can go to bed at night and

know that if we passed in our sleep, we're

secure. We don't have to stay awake and

worry about whether or not we're going to

Hell, because we've been born again, we've

been saved by the grace of God — and

that's a great peace. None of us want to die,

especially in our sleep not knowing that
