Exposing the Seventh-Day Adventist

Let’s stand as we turn to the book of Isaiah

chapter 8 this evening. I’m going to ask you to

be patient with me tonight as we consider the

subject of the Seventh-Day Adventist because I

have about 60 or 70 quotes that I’ve carried into

the pulpit with me. Obviously, we’ll not use all

of them. You’ll see me shuffling things from

side to side to decide what I’ll use and not use. I

would rather just preach as I preached this

morning, but when you deal with a subject like

this, you need to document things that you say,

not only from Scripture but also from their own

writings. Basically, the distinctive teachings of the

Seventh-Day Adventists would center around

Sabbath-keeping, Investigative Judgment, a
