good we are or how good we think we are;

if there is no resurrection, then we remain in

our sins. And I want you to keep in mind

that it's the gospel that is the power of God

unto salvation, Romans 1:16. It is the fact

that Christ was raised for our justification,

the latter part of Romans 4. Now, look at

verses 14 through 17: ”And if Christ be not

risen, then is our preaching vain, and your

faith is also vain. Yea, and we are found

false witnesses of God; because we have

testified of God that he raised up Christ:

whom he raised not up, if so be that the

dead rise not. For if the dead rise not, then

is not Christ raised: And if Christ be not

raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your

sins.”
