way in me, and lead me in the way

Is that your prayer? Our Savior is more than

worthy of that kind of representation of our

love for Him and our love for righteousness.

And it’s only when we’re living in that kind of

fellowship with God that we can trust that

the Lord will hear us in the day of trouble

and defend us. Our moment-by-moment

mindset as Christians should be as expressed

so beautifully and succinctly by David in

Psalm 19:14:

“Let the words of my mouth, and the

meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy

sight, O LORD, my strength, and my

redeemer.”
