 Rosendin's Charlotte office opened in 2017 with just six team members and
 has grown to 45. The team has worked on many key projects including the
 Charlotte Douglas Airport, 715-721 E 4th Street Renovation, Residence Inn
 Springhill Suites, AC Marriott, the Atrium at CHS Union, Northwest School of
 the Arts, and the University Medical Park 5000. In 2017 and 18, Rosendin was
 named #1 Largest Electrical Contractor in Charlotte. The staff at the Charlotte
 office are highly involved with various charity organizations with the most
 Rosendin Spirit Day  recent being Habitat for Humanity (see page 23).

 Rosendin's Maryland office opened in 2014 to provide services for high rise/mixed use,
 solar, health care, and federal work. Some key projects include  the Maryand LIVE! Casino
 Hotel, Exelon HQ & Tenant Improvements, Perryman Solar, Ft. Meade Campus Feeder
 SATOC, and Four Seasons Condos. The Maryland team was featured in the Baltimore
 Rosendin Family Picnic  became involved with charitable organizations including the St. Baldrick's Foundation
 Sun as a Best Place to Work. Upon opening the doors four years ago, the team quickly

 (childhood cancer fund), Toys for Tots, Anne Arundel Food Bank, and Team River Runner (military
 veterans support).
