In 1997, customer needs prompted Rosendin to open an office in Oregon for data center
projects that were being worked on. In 2017, the office moved to its current location in
Hillsboro, promoting an open floor plan for collaboration amongst departments. The
Warehouse that is directly connected to this office, operates in a unique manner in that
almost all of the materials are on consignment with vendors, thus reducing Rosendin's
Chalk Wall in Common Area overhead costs. A digital tracking system manages the stock on hand and allows for seamless
inventory management. For over 20 years, the Oregon team has become a pillar in the communities of
Portland, Hillsboro, and Prineville supporting over 20 organizations through sponsorships, fundraising efforts, event
participation, and in-kind electrical work. In January 2019, Rosendin opened an office in Prineville to support large
projects in the area.

Unique Program: Rosendin staff judge essays from Clark County USD middle
school students on bullying. The selected winner goes to Washington, D.C.
for the essay finals.
The Las Vegas office opened in the summer of 2005 and The Towers Vegas
888 was the division's first project. Recently, the team has been working on Las Vegas City Center
projects for the Las Vegas Water Departments, Verizon, and Tetra Tech. An
in-house BIM Department supports not only the Las Vegas office, but teams
throughout the country. In 2018, the team participated in the Leukemia & Lymphoma
Society's (LLS) Light The Night Walk raising over $2,000 to support LLS.

Rosendin's Arizona office was established in 1994 to begin work at Intel and has grown into markets including
transit, aviation, water/wastewater, and sports and entertainment projects. With the corporate BIM operations located
in the Tempe office, the Arizona team ahs taken the lead in the community with innovative approaches to virtual reality,
vendor management systems, workforce development efforts, and working with local school districts to mentor our

future leaders in construction.

Rosendin's Manor office is unique with twisted hallways
and a characteristic that rings true to the Texas Longhorns.
In 2010, Rosendin acquired KST, and in 2014 officially transitioned
to Rosendin Electric. In 2017, Rosendin employees immediately
volunteered to help during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey

in Corpus Christi. The Texas group also supports the South Texas
Council Boy Scouts of America Fishing Tournament, Last Resort’s Annual
Memorial Golf Classic, and Babes on the Bay Memorial Fishing Tournament (supporting
CCA and TPWD). Rosendin also has offices in Dallas and Corpus Christi.

Rosendin's Hawaii office opened in 2014 on the beautiful island of Honolulu with
just three staff members. In 2017, as the staff grew, a new office opened and
received a traditional Hawaiian Kahuna blessing with the intent of unifying the
staff and amplifying positive energy. Today, 12 staff members and ~55 electricians make Rosendin's Hawaii T eam
up the Hawaii team. In 2018, the Hawaii office was selected as a 2018 Best Places to Work by Pacific
Business News and received an Excellence in Safety Award for Medium Construction Subcontractor by Pacrim. The
office is involved with the University of Hawaii - Manoa College of Engineering by sponsoring the Student Ambassador
Program which exposes students in grades K-12 to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

The Mid-Atlantic hub office was established in Virginia in 2010 and, now with over
100 staff members, is located in Sterling, near the Dulles International Airport. The
office specializes in mission critical, commercial, and health care projects and, in
the last five years, has grown from a $30 million dollar office to $130 million. In
2018, the Virginia office received the AGC of DC Subcontractor of the Year award,
and the 2018 HITT Subcontractor Safety Award.
