When you think about the average construction project, it is amazing how many different trades, suppliers,

projects are clearly more successful than others, in all regards: safety, budget, schedule, quality, and the overall
experience of those on the job -- especially the owner. As I think about projects and initiatives that we have
undertaken, it is very clear to me that our level of success is directly proportioned to how well our teams are
“aligned" both internally and externally.
