                                                                                                                                  projects are clearly more successful than others, in all regards: safety, budget, schedule, quality, and the overall
                                                                                                                                  experience of those on the job -- especially the owner. As I think about projects and initiatives that we have
                                                                                                                                  undertaken, it is very clear to me that our level of success is directly proportioned to how well our teams are
