The project is anticipated for completion in 2021 and will be host to the 2022 Super Bowl. Rosendin, in a joint venture
with Morrow Meadows, is constructing/installing the Lighting and Power for the entire stadium. PROJECT PROFILES

The project consists of (3) permitted structures, a retaining wall, the stadium bowl, and the canopy structure. In order
to accommodate the flight paths of the nearby LAX airport, the stadium is dug into the ground (i.e. the upper seats
are closer to ground level, and you would walk down to the field).

Rosendin Meadows JV are installing the single line, gear, branch power, and lighting for the facility. This also includes
the Musco field lighting. Our scope also includes the build-outs for the areas within the stadium, including the food
service areas, suites, lockers rooms, office areas, common areas, etc. We are also overseeing the fire alarm systems.

SOFI STADIUM

SoFi Stadium is a new 3.1 million SF open-air stadium home to the NFL’s
Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers teams. The stadium features
a 360-degree double-sided video board, and a transparent roof that
functions as a weather protector and offers protection from UV rays.
