Rosendin is the electrical contractor for an 18-story
workplace tower with four levels of parking and 13 levels
of office space. The building is part of Legacy Union, a
two-block, 10-acre site in Uptown Charlotte, NC. Located
near the Bank of America Stadium, the development
includes four towers with Class A office and retail space.
Two Legacy Union totals 433,970 square feet and includes
8,100 square feet of retail space, 313,300 square feet of
HAPUNA BEACH RESIDENCES office space, and a 110,000 square foot parking garage.
The project is built to achieve LEED-Gold certification.
