7y MC crossbreed with frequent generalized seizures for the past 48 hours. There is moderate ill‐defined T2 and FLAIR hyperintensity and
T1 hypointensity involving both piriform lobes (a–c: arrowheads). No other abnormalities were seen on this examination, and the dog
responded to medical management of seizures.
