13y FS Golden Retriever with recent onset central vestibular and brainstem signs. There is a T1 isointense, T2 mixed‐intensity mass
involving the right side of the cerebellum (a,d: arrow). The complex T2 intensity paired with the multifocal susceptibility effect present
on the T2* image (e: arrows) is indicative of intralesional hemorrhage. The mass intensely, but nonuniformly, enhances following contrast
administration (b,c), and a sessile base and dural tail (b: arrow) reflect an extraaxial origin. Gross postmortem examination revealed an
extraaxial hemorrhagic caudal fossa mass that was histologically determined to be a meningioma.
