BABY BACK RIBS
Meat
1 rack Baby back ribs Prep time: 5 mins
Produce Cook time: 20 mins
1/2 tsp Garlic powder Total time: 25 mins
1 tsp Onion powder
Condiments
1 tbsp Liquid smoke
Baking & Spices
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Black pepper, Ground
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp Oil
1 Use the kitchen paper towel make the ribs dry
then rub all over oil and liquid smoke.
2 Mix all the seasoning together. Use

3 Cut the rack of ribs into sections 4-5
ribs to fit the air fryer.
4 According to the thickness of the ribs, cook
in an air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for
20 minutes.
5 After the ribs are done, you can brush
some BBQ sauce and pop in the air fryer
for 5 more minutes, but it is not
necessary.

Pecan Pie PREP TIME: 10 MINSCOOK || TIME: 25 MINS TOTAL || TIME: 35 MINS
1 refrigerated pie
crust, softened
3/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup brown
sugar can store pecan pie at room
temperature or in the

1 Carefully place the crust in the 8-inch pan. Fold
the edge of the dough below so that the folded edge
will fall on the edge of the baking tray. If necessary,
you can use a fork to hem.
2 If necessary, mix corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla,
egg and cinnamon powder. Add chopped pecans. Pour
the filling into the prepared crust. Put the pie in the
fryer.
3 Bake at 325ºF for 25-27 minutes.
