Air Fryer Chicken CHICKEN PARMESAN
Fried Rice

Diced Chicken Breast Total time: 15 mins
4 Cups Cold, Cooked
White Rice
1/4 Cup White Onion, 4 chicken cutlets
Diced
1/4 Cup Celery, Diced ⅓ cup flour
1/4 Cup Carrots, Diced 2 eggs, lightly beaten
4-6 Tbsp Soy Sauce or ⅓ cup Italian breadcrumbs
Gluten Free Soy Sauce
Coconut Oil Cooking ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
Spray ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup spaghetti sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
