Method
Make a long loop at the
                                               bight of the cord.
                                               leaving the end long
                                               enough to form the
                                               successive turns. The
                                               end must cross the
                                               standing part (1). The
                                               turns are made regularly
                                               from right to left
                                               without overlapping
                                               each other (2. 3. 4).
                                               You can make as many
                                               turns as you like; the
                                               knot will increase in size
                                               the more turns there are.
                                               Having done this, pass
                                               the end through the
loop (5). This is the key
                                               to the knot. Finally pull
                                               the standing part to
                                               tighten the knot (6).
