Tee Up Your Speech: Golf is Like Public Speaking

Make sure

you have

the proper

equipment.

You will perform best if you’ve taken the
time to gather the needed tools and
devices. In golf, do you have your shoes,
glove, tees, ball markers, and enough golf
balls?

For public speaking, did you bring your
own remote clicker for your slides? Did you make a
printout of your slide deck in case of technical difficulties? Do you have your laptop and a flash
drive as a backup? Don't forget a power cord and extra batteries. You can never be too prepared!

Keep a checklist handy so you don't forget anything important when giving a presentation.
