Rafael Tavarez (“RT”) has been with Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc.
since 1999 and has over twenty-four year’s experience in the industry.
Healthcare Group
As Healthcare Opera ons Manager, RT plans, organizes, and directs all
Field Opera ons ac vi es at the department level. Responsible for achievement of overall
Manager corporate objec ves at the department level. Provides overall
management direc on for exis ng and new projects to ensure quality
projects are completed on me and within budget. Responsible for
scope, quality, and quan ty of department’s work. Major profit and loss
responsibility for impac ng profit center and corporate success or
failure. Responsible for adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and
objec ves. Schedule, assigns, and directs the work of department staff.
Responsible for all personnel transac ons such as hiring and
24 Years performance reviews. Monitors overall quan ty and quality of work
performed by staff. Serve as senior technical advisor to all Project
Superintendents and Project Managers. Develops and maintains
standards and procedures for the department ensuring that these
standards and procedures are consistent with corporate philosophy and
policies and that all staff members adhere to such procedures and
