To Whom It May Concern:
It has been our pleasure to provide surety credit for TRI-CITY ELECTRICAL
CONTRACTORS, INC. for many years. We have never been called upon for a bond,
which we have not gladly provided, nor do we anticipate the contractor to undertake
any project that we would hesitate to bond because of its size or nature.
Currently, TRI-CITY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, INC. has surety credit
established with Continental Casualty Company, an AM Best Rated Company of A,
XV, in excess of $100 million for single projects and an aggregate work program in
excess of $300 million. There is a current availability in excess of $275 million.
We would foresee no problem in providing the necessary 100% performance and
payment bonds to TRI-CITY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, INC. This commitment
is contingent upon an acceptable contract to TRI-CITY ELECTRICAL
CONTRACTORS, INC. and Continental Casualty Company.

and we feel the principals of TRI-CITY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, INC. possess
broad experience, financial responsibility and high integrity. Without reservation,
