Tatlının lezzeti de bu üç sütten geliyor ve “Trileçe”yi daha doyumsuz bir hale getiriyor. Hafif bir tatlı olan Trile- çe üzerine karamel sosla donatılınca da baştan çıkaran bir lezzet haline dönüşüyor. İşte bu lezzet şöleni de Başçar- şı’da en âlâsı ile tadılıyor. Hem de Türk çayı ile ikram edili- yor. Öyle lezzetli oluyor ki insan tepsi tepsi yemek istiyor. Başçaşı’da Cream Shop’da tattım ve tadına hayran kal- dım. Dışarıda mükemmel bir manzara ile bu tatlıyı yemek Başçarşı’yı unutulmaz bir hale getiriyor.
“Trileçe” means ‘having three milks’ in our language. The three milk mentioned here are buffalo, goat and cow milk. The taste of the dessert comes from these three milk selections and makes “Trilece” more delicious. Equipped with caramel sauce as a topping, Trilece boasts a tempting flavor. You can taste this delicacy at its best in Baščaršija. It is also served with Turkish tea. It’s so de- licious that people want to eat trayloads of it. I tried it at Cream Shop in Baščaršija and am fascinated. Eating this dessert with a perfect view outside makes Baščaršija a memorable place.
