WSW donation to K9 Rescue Group.
Thank you to those who donated to the above Animal Rescue.
K9 is situated in Nambeelup, WA. K9 are a not-for-profit organisation established in 1990 to rescue,
care for and rehome dogs. K9 Rescue Group strives to educate the community about responsible dog
ownership. K9 provide a regional service in Western Australia to the Peel, Rockingham, Kwinana and
Cockburn areas.
At K9 Rescue Group are passionate about creating an environment where a dog is treated as a rightful
and respected member of the community. They have many volunteers who work tirelessly to
successfully rehome around over 300 dogs a year.
Every donation, big or small, makes a huge difference for all the dogs at K9 Rescue Group.
You can sponsor one of their dogs at K9 Rescue Group.
Sponsoring a K9 Rescue Group dog only costs $7.50 per week. The funds go towards much needed
food, medical care and training, as well as improved grooming, bedding and kennel facilities.
The grand total of raised was $1,450 worth of donated goods.
$200 cash raised by WSW which Julie purchased Peanut Butter, Lick Mats and Joint Care Supplement.
We were lucky enough to have a donation of 4 large bags of Joint care kibble, blankets, towels, doggy
treats, more lick mats, kibble and peanut butter.
The volunteers at K9 were over the moon at the quantity and quality of the items donated.
As they were going through the bags all we heard was ‘oh that’s great we got the good stuff’.
K9 constantly have a wish list for the items below if anyone else would like to donate.
