Correspondence In:
1 November 2021 email from Bendigo Bank advising latest bank statement is now available.
5 November 2021 email from Geelong revival with invitation to register for free display space at theGeelong
Revival on March 4 - 6, 2022.
9 November 2021 email from National Admin advising they are unable to provide updated Financial
Members list until such time as NATCOM make a decision regarding this.
10 November 2021 email from National Admin again advising they are unable to make available the
updated Financial Members list until NATCOM determine this issue.
10 November 2021 email from Geelong Revival regarding invitation to register for a display space at the
Geelong Revival, March 4-6, 2022. (second invite)

23 October 2021 email to branch members advising of Bike for Sale on the branch Forumotion.
26 October 2021 email to branch members advising of Social meeting being held on Wednesday 17
November and the need to QR code into the venue plus double vaccination being required and be able to
demonstrate to the venue staff on the night, with no intervention by any committee members if this can’t
be verified.
29 October 2021 email to branch members with links to ride reports to Timboon on 20 October and
Carisbrook on 24 October.
8 November 2021 email to National Admin requesting latest financial members list, for Geelong Region.
8 November 2021 email to branch members advising of voting being open for Clubperson of the Year
Award.
9 November 2021 email to National Admin advising we have previously received the updated Financial
Members list over the past 4 years.
9 November 2021 email to National Committee Member Rob Hunt regarding not being able to obtain
updated Financial Members list.
12 November 2021 email to branch members advising of AGM being held on Wednesday 16 February
2022, with attachment of committee nomination form.
12 November 2021 email to branch members with updated Ride Calendar noting good rides and Social get
togethers to finish off the year 2021.

Treasurer’s Report:
No deposits for the month, with outgoings of $10.95, giving a balance at 31 October 2021 of $7,374.92.
Expenditure was web hosting.
GST refund from Natcom was received in September 2021.
UCARF payments have finally been acknowledged back to the Branch.

Social Report:
Manbo Restaurant in Mooorabool St has been booked for dinner at 6 pm on Friday 3 December 2021.
Numbers must be confirmed by 30 November 202!.
Koroit weekend is 26 and 27 March 2022. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Lucky number for tonight is at $140.00.
Phil Cumming was drawn out, but not in attendance so jackpots in December to $160.00.

Rides from past month:
Sun 24 Oct Sunday Ride – Carisbrook Pub, 350km, led by Gentle, 3 riders. Poor forecast but turned out to
be good weather. Good ride and meal.
