who speaks Lashon Hara or Rechilut also violates the curse of the תמחֵמ יִתּקְַתְּעהו יניֵע יִתּחקַפּ הז לע םגּ ,וֹרבחל רֵטנקְַמ

Torah stated in Devarim (27:24) (1)“cursed is someone who hits

his fellow Jew secretly.” Rashi on that pasuk and the Sifri explain םירִמאמ הבּרְה םגו ,רפסּה ףוֹסבּ "ריִאי תֹוּח" תבוּשְׁתּ הז
that “hits his fellow Jew secretly” means to speak Lashon Hara

against another Jew. .םָשׁ ריֵעז םָשׁ ריֵעז רפסּה ךְוֹתבּ יִמצעבּ יִתּצרֵַתּ
Be’er Mayim Chayim
(C1) violates the curse of the Torah stated in Devarim (27:18)
“cursed is someone who hits his fellow Jew secretly.” This curse
applies to the first four qualities, it applies if the remark is made in the
presence of the person who is the subject of the comment or even not in
his presence, and it applies only to the speaker.

C2. This person also invokes upon himself the curse of (Devarim
27:18) “Cursed is someone who causes a blind person to go
astray”(2) meaning, the clear intent of the pasuk is to curse the
