Pastor Vann served as a precursor for the many
women who found the freedom to develop their
own ministries. She has developed a multidimen-
sional ministry that addresses the material as well
as the spiritual needs of her members. Since her
earliest years, she has been devoted to the people of
God. She made a pledge to the people of God and
to Hope Chapel that she would serve Him all her life.
