FROM THE FOUNDER'S DESK

As the Founder and Chair of NABWIC, my vision,
dream, and desire are to create strategic
partnerships in the construction industry while
building pipelines in our communities to support our

members to niche to be rich.

On behalf of the awesome and dedicated members
of the National Association of Black Women in
Construction (NABWIC), it is my distinct honor and

privilege to extend greetings and welcome you to
our NABWIC 2023 Annual Strategic Planning Session
and Congressional Black Caucus Reception during

the 51st Annual Legislative Conference in
Washington DC. As is our time-honored tradition,
informative discussion from the executives’ partners

and members of the administration at Caucus, each
offers their visions of how our industry is moving
forward and today’s challenges and seizing

tomorrow’s opportunities.

Thank you to each one of you for being here. We are

pleased to welcome those of you who have been
with us for a long time, as well as those who are
new. I hope that you, too, create strategic

relationships from being here.
