The other 10% of the time was spent getting to know each other. Stories about our common struggles, occasional triumphs and philosophy of going beyond customer expectation seemed to resonate.
Anyway Mike says, “You’ve got to talk to my acquaintance Nick. Nick is a Broker. He’s super professional, his clients love him and I think you guys would get on like a house on fire!”
This time, having learned my lesson, I said sure let’s set up a coffee meeting. A few months later after a little relationship building and mutual investigation, I get a call from Nick.
“ Hi Kiaran, I know you already have a Broker that you use, but I’d be keen to email 1000 of my clients and invite them to your next Seminar – how do you feel about that?”
Hell yeh! Actually it was more along the lines of “that would work well for us Nick, let me know what you want and I’ll get Mike to produce some quality E Brochures and perhaps
