I spent more years than I care to remember, hanging around with the hens and the turkeys, expecting to one-day morph into an eagle. It didn’t happen. Mindset moves mountains. If like me, your eyes start to roll, as you anticipate some new age esoteric monologue, be patient.
It may seem difficult to accept, but for many of us, we were inculcated virtually from birth with a poverty mentality. Study hard and work even harder was the mantra, and only then will you have a shot at success. If only I had been taught a different lesson, oh how some of those early growing pains could have been avoided.
No, you’re not superior to any individual on the planet, but equally NO ONE is superior to you. Shyness (which I suffered throughout childhood) inferiority, fear of authority or status all emanates from an erroneous belief system. This erroneous belief is that you are anything but AWESOME!
