PREPARATION BACKGROUND
Drizzle Peacock Teal then Blue Violet and finally Di- oxazine Purple directly from the bottles onto the plaque as seen in the Background Step 1 of Step-by-Steps on the left. Quickly pick up your foam roller and roll the paint into the surface. Apply pressure as you roll up and down, crisscrossing like you would do when painting a wall. See Background Step 2 of Step-by-Steps on the left for finished results. Do not overdo the rolling or you will lose the mottled effect. Carefully roll the side edges.
When this application of paint is dry cover the en- tire surface with DecoArt Media Matte Medium. This will seal in your paint making it easier to apply the next layers and any corrections if necessary.
