PREPARATION
PLEASE NOTE - outlining with the black Identipen is done last after all painted areas are dry and done.
Basecoat the surface with one coat of Victorian Blue. When dry, sand the surface and paint the surface, in this way, wet- on-wet: repeat Victorian Blue in the lower third, Laguna in the middle third and Sea Breeze in the upper third. Blend these three colors to make a smooth transition from dark to light. When dry, put on only the line marking the dark ground area, and paint this area Soft Black with two coats. Let a little of the blue background show through to give texture to this ground area. When all is dry, put on the pattern.
