     Stage 3: FISH BODY
1. With the #2 round brush and Marigold, paint the eye. The pupil is Lamp (Ebony) Black, and the eye is outlined with Lamp (Ebony) Black.
2.Refer to the photo to do the linework on the body with the liner brush:
• BananaCream:linesontheupperbody,aroundthe black and orange triangles, and the red section on the tail.
• WildOrchid:linesontheface,belowtheeye,around the mouth and the mustache.
• DioxazinePurple:Outlinethetwobottomfinsand lower edge of tail.
• Snow(Titanium)White:Outlinethebackedgeofthe tail and curve this stroke above the tail. REPEAT thin Snow (Titanium) White lines on the fins if the fins need to be brighter.
• PlaceastrokeofBananaCreambelowthepupilof the eye and a Snow (Titanium) White dot top left of the pupil.
• OutlinethetwolowerfinswithDioxazinePurple. Outline the outer edge of the tail with Snow (Titanium) White.
3.Floated shadows and highlights on the body are done with 1/2" angle brush and the dry brush.
4.Float Warm Sunset on the Marigold section and the top of the tail on the top of the body.
5.Float Marigold on the Snow (Titanium) White section of the top of the body.
6.Repeat the float of Wild Orchid on Snow (Titanium) White area on the bottom of the body if needed.
7. To highlight the body, dry-brush Snow (Titanium) White lightly on the middle part of the body.
8.Float reflected colors of your choice on the body.

  YELLOW HIBISCUS
1. With the #6 round brush, paint each petal with two coats of Light Buttermilk.
2.Paint two coats of Banana Cream over the Light Buttermilk. With the liner brush and Burnt Umber, separate the five petals with a thin line and paint a large Burnt Umber dot to form the center.
3.Contour lines of the petals are painted with the liner brush and Antique Gold as shown in the picture.
4.Dry-brush the center with Deep Burgundy, then dry- brush Burnt Umber in a slightly smaller area, lastly dry- brush Deep Burgundy in the center one more time, brushing the Deep Burgundy onto the inner edges of the petals.
5.Shade the outer edges of the petals with 1/2" flat or angle brush. Float Marigold on the edge of each petal, about 1/3 of each petal, twice if needed. To deepen the shading, float Antique Gold over the Marigold closer to the edge of each petal. Don’t cover the Marigold.
