MUSTACHE AND BEARD
Shade with Dark Grey. Using a palette knife, apply strokes of the following: Dark Grey, Titan Buff and Titanium White. Scratch through some of the lines on the beard with the palette knife, creating more texture. Work until satisfied.
HAT AND SUIT
Shade areas of both with Dark Shading Mix. Highlight hat with Titan Buff if necessary, depending on paper you used to create it.
HOLLY
I cut the holly from my vintage papers.
Cut and apply to Santa with DecoArt Premium Matte Medium. Wash in with Yellow Green Light and shade with Sap Green. Add Cadmium Red Hue berries, and highlight with Titanium White.
FINISHING
When all is dry, spray with one to two coats of DecoArt Americana Matte Spray Sealer/Finisher.
