STEP 2 - Shows the design after coating with gesso and painting the hot glue with the metallic paints. Use a filbert or short small brush to make sure to get into the glue’s small cracks with the paint. Antique Bronze is used on the seahorse and Festive Green on the seagrass. Stay as close to the glue design as possible. Try to get as little of the metallics on the canvas as possible. If you get some metallics on the canvas, paint over it with a few coats of gesso so it doesn’t keep the pour paint from sticking to it.
