Load the stylus in LV color, touch down and lift straight up and off the surface. Refer to the color photo for the placement of dots. Note: Each time you touch the surface the dot will get smaller.
BORDER
Use MV red with a touch of linseed oil. Load your middle finger with this mix and paint the edge of the plate. You can also use a sponge make up wedge instead of your finger. Use the round brush and load it in the LV red, and paint the “S” stroke design on the inside of the red border. If you feel you can’t paint an “S” stroke, just use your stylus and paint dots.
FINISHING
When the design is completely dry, mist with #1311 Krylon Matte Varnish, several times, then apply three coats of the satin varnish. This makes the surface more durable and gives it a finished look.
