STAFF MEETING ON 01.05.2023
The staff members of VSR GDC Movva met today virtually through Google meet at 11:30 a.m.
under the chairmanship of the College Principal, Dr S Madhavi, and discussed the following:

7. Admissions
It has been resolved that the lecturers will conduct online classes for their respective courses and
cover at least one unit of the syllabus as per the guidelines provided by Krishna University. The
lecturers must share the links of their online classes with the TLP coordinator and ensure a minimum
of 75% attendance by the students. The Academic Coordinator is requested to provide the schedule
for the online class work.
The coordinators of the Unnati training program, in conjunction with the internship coordinators for
BA and BCom courses, are instructed to provide a list of students, batch-wise, who will attend the
program scheduled tentatively for May 10th or 20th. They are also required to submit the schedule
of lecturers who will monitor the offline internship program for third-year students, as well as for
the Unnati training program during the holidays.
The progress of e-content generation was discussed, and lecturers who have been assigned topics are
directed to complete the four quadrants of e-content generation and submit the necessary details to
the LMS coordinator.
The JKC coordinator, along with the JKC mentor, is instructed to gather information about local
companies or organizations, communicate with their HR repress, record their requirements, train
students accordingly, and plan for a job drive by the end of June.
Sri M Anil Kumar, Lecturer in Botany, has been assigned the responsibility of planning and
executing the college-level best practices for this academic year and establishing a botanical garden
on the campus. Meanwhile, Captain R. Venkaiah, Lecturer in History, has been instructed to submit
data related to the Adult Literacy Program as soon as possible, with proper records and evidence.
It has been resolved to hold an online meeting with the IQAC team and Criterion In-charges to
discuss the draft copy of the SSR and address the gaps identified during the Principal's review.
