● Resolved to upload the monthly newsletters of the college regularly on the college website
after it is submitted on the CCE Portal.
● Suggestions are invited from the faculty regarding updating the College Admissions
Brochure.
● All the Department In charges and Conveners of different committees are directed to submit
their Action plans to Sri N. Krishna Mohan, Lecturer in Physics on the college reopening
day and subsequently the College Action Plan is to be derived.
● The IQAC team will review the SSR draft copy alignment, and any other modifications that
are to be done. It has been resolved to submit the IIQA in the first week of June. So, after
the college reopens all the departments and committees should get ready with their records
and registers.
● The staff members are requested to contribute voluntarily to the college CPDC Fund to
support the activities related to NAAC. The funds collected will be initially used for the
purchase of records and registers required for the accreditation process.
● The convener of the Magazine committee is instructed to send a notice to the students and
staff members regarding submission of poems, stories, articles, essays, etc. for the college
magazine compilation. It also has been resolved to prepare the college handbook at the
earliest.
● All the Departments are assigned the task of listing out the local Philanthropists or Donors.
They need to collect the name, contact number and mail ID of the philanthropist or Donor
and submit the details in the college after reopening.
● The Press Relations committee is instructed to prepare the Press Note on College
admissions for the academic year 2023-24. It is also directed to assist the departments in
preparing press notes after execution of departmental activities.
● The Cultural and Literary committee should give prior intimation regarding the different
extra-curricular activities that are to be conducted by the departments during the academic
year. The task of composing College Song has been assigned to Smt. D. Bhagyaveni,
Lecturer in Telugu, and other members of the Languages department are instructed to
assist her in this assignment.
